What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a visual inspection of every part of the
home including, but not limited to, the exterior structure, drainage
and grading of the property around the structure, exterior siding,
roof and attic area, windows, garage, heating and cooling systems,
electrical and plumbing systems, basement and/or crawl space.
Whether you are buying or selling, a home inspection will give
you the ‘peace of mind’ that you require for possibly
one of the largest investments of your life.
For buyers a pre purchase inspection:
Even the perfect home can have hidden challenges and conditions
that the untrained eye may not detect.
When you are making one of the largest financial decisions of your
life, doesn’t it just make sense to get the opinion of a
qualified, licensed professional home inspector?
For sellers a pre sale inspection:
If something turns up on the inspection, you have control over
the situation, can use your own contractors and can complete
any repairs that are needed prior to the sale. This can
speed up your sale considerably.
With Mark Daughtry and CASCADEwest Home Inspections, you are getting
a qualified, licensed professional home inspector that has the
