At CASCADEwest Home Inspections our goal is to provide you, the consumer, with all of the information that you need in a easy to read and understand home inspection report.  We have a long term commitment to your peace of mind.  Just because the inspection has been completed doesn't mean that our customer service stops, not at all, it is just beginning!  At CASCADEwest your home inspection includes a 90 Day Home Warranty, with a $0 deductible.  This means if something that we inspected stops working or breaks shortly after you move in, you are covered.   We also provide you with RecallChek.  This is a recall protection for life program and it will notify you if any of your appliances ever become recalled due to a fire or safety hazard.  Additionally, if you make a new appliance purchase you can update them into the system at any time.
